                 (balance – based on amortization schedule)
                  Note:  subject to discounts.

     2.)  Regular Payment:
          2.a. downpayment equivalent to 20% of TCP  =  payable in 12 months.
          2.b. balance loanable amount could be settled through:
                bank financing (up to 20 yrs.)
                in-house financing (up to 10 yrs.)
                Pag-ibig financing (up to 30 yrs.)
                Note:   for bank financing, interest rate shall be the prevailing rate at the
